PENTASTAR Drop-in Maintenance
Pentastar Aviation accommodates unscheduled drop-in maintenance and avionics needs, taking the stress out of coordinating maintenance needs for your transient aircraft. With capabilities ranging from oxygen servicing to windshield replacement, Pentastar is well prepared to handle any aircraft maintenance need.
Jet Engine & APU Maintenance
With a state-of-the-art, 130,000-square-foot-maintenance facility equipped with two overhead cranes, heavy duty work stands, and complete aircraft shoring capabilities, the skilled technicians at Pentastar Aviation routinely perform engine changes, removal and reinstallation, engine line maintenance, engine troubleshooting, structural repairs, wing demates, horizontal and vertical stabilizer removals, and video borescopes on the following aircraft engines:
- Rolls Royce – BR 700-710 / TAY 611 / SPEY 511
- Honeywell – TFE 731, CFE 738, AS907
- General Electric – CF34, CJ 610
- Pratt & Whitney = JT 15, PW300, 500 ,600

MRO Loyalty Program
Earn rewards for MRO work performed at Pentastar Aviation
The MRO Loyalty Program is open to all current and future Pentastar Aviation MRO retail customers. Managed customers are excluded. Enrollment is automatic at the completion of a customer’s first maintenance, avionics or interior workscope.
Rewards are accrued throughout the year and will be dispersed to the primary point of contact, unless otherwise specified within the maintenance quote, in the first quarter of the following year.
Customers who continue to use Pentastar for MRO services in the following year will begin with a starting reward and will accumulate even greater rewards for as long as they remain a loyal customer.
Rewards are earned based on .1% of the total closed MRO workscope:
- For $50,000 spend /$50 in rewards
- For $100,000 spend / $100 in rewards
- For $1,000,000 spend / $1000 in rewards
The rewards are distributed from certificate program Tango Card. Inc., which can be redeemed online for individual gift cards from hundreds of stores, restaurants and more.
